TABLE
Taphra
Taphra is a table formed from the architectural residue of an imagined eruption — a mass that feels blasted into being, then cooled into stillness. Its base appears molten and porous, shaped by the logic of fragmentation and compaction, like volcanic ash fused under pressure.
The form is a study in density and void: erosion cut by extrusion, light filtered through mass. Printed in sand-bound composite, Taphra speaks in tectonic terms — not assembled, but deposited. A monument to instability preserved in structure.
